我公司前身是精特机械厂,成立于1995年5月,2000年改制为股份制公司,隶属于红桥区科委领导,属区管企业,现有实际资产1000万人民币以上,生产面积达4000M² ,生产总值2004年达1600万人民币.产品主要是生产制造扶梯和垂直梯的关键部件:主驱动、涨紧站、限速器、油压缓冲器等。
　　服务对象现以合资、外资企业为主。例如：中美合资天津奥的斯电梯公司、美国独资杭州奥的斯电梯公司、美国独资广州奥的斯电梯公司、中日合资沈阳东芝电梯公司以及德国独资蒂森中山电梯公司、蒂森上海电梯公司，众所周知它们都是世界上驰名企业。
　　公司员工从2000年30余人到2004年80多人，其中工程技术人员达20人。专业涉及机、电、液压、气动和电子诸方面，并与若干大专院校和科研院所有密切的合作关系。设备可加工3米大型模具或其他各种精密零部件，有大型数控铣床3台，只就数控铣床加工而言，已为近十个外资企业加工各种汽车模具和检测设备。
